Sega Saturn Yabause ISO questions

Hello all this is my first post. I do want to say this forum has a lot of good info and everyone seems to be very helpful. I was wondering if someone could help me out with setting up my iso files to play on the Yabause wii emulator. I have a collection of ISO for saturn but on the web site for Yabause it says that the ROMs files .cue with needed files or .iso to run. Well I only have the iso. So how do I get the rest of the files for my isos? I have looked for a tutorial everywhere and would really appreiate any help. I have looked around on this forum and everywhere on google and nothing. I found some places saying I need a wav files with my iso....but no explanation on how to do anything else???

You can directly play the with ISO if you find the game doesn't include wav files.
