He obviously did.
But dreamcast emus don't work on Windows 8.They can only work on windows XP,Vista,7 and only on 32 bit systems.

Yes please do explain. I dont have any use for that clumsy OS but I'd like to know why so I can spread the word and give out one more reason not to use that ridicules OS.
