Hi, i was wondering if anyone can help me find a working nintendo 64 emulator. I have tried many different N64 Emulators and non of them work at all, I have specs way over the required but still I cant get any emulators to work. If anyone can direct me to an emulator and any extra files needed to work properly, I would much appreciate it. Thanks!

My specs:
AMD Athlon XP 2800+
512 MB DDR PC 2700
ATI Radeon 9200 128 MB
120GB HD

Project 64 is the best out there. Its in the downloads section of this site. Give it a try!! :)

**Dont forget to download and install the patch as well. Its located right underneath the P64 download. Have fun!

I tried Project64, but it always starts with a graphic error message saying something like Direct 3D failed to initialise your HAL device, and something about Direct3D 6.0, but I dont underdstand any of that. I have a Radeon 9200 with the latest catalyst drivers and DirectX 9.0c. Maybe the problem lies there.....

Seems like the problem lies in your video card driver. Try reinstalling it or use an OpenGL based plugin.

Try using direct x 8 instead of 9. Your card is older therefore it might not be fully compatible with the latest dirtect x verision.
