i am using psxeven and every time i try to start it up it shows that error.Can somebody please help me.

Could you tell me more detail about the OS, emulator, plugins and so on......?
Anyway, you may use ePSXe to replace PSXeven. It is almost the same but PSXeven is definitely faster. :)

it works fine one my computer but when i copied the folder and pasted it into my friends comp it didnt work it made that error.

it uses peops for gpu name,spu name it uses peops and null sound driver,xeven cdr drive,and sega direct input keyboard

Let's say that his PC and your PC is far different according to the PC specs. Could you mentioned a bit info about your friend's PC? :)
For me, probably use, any Pete's/PEOPs GPU plugin, Eternal/PEOPs SPU plugin, Xeven Cdr, and Segu Direct Input keyboard plugin. :cool:
Never use Null Sound Driver. :p
