I have an issue with an NBA Live 2000 rom on Project 64 and a Tecmo Super Bowl rom on JNES. When I load the roms, the cursor on the main menu of the game that highlights 1 player, 2 player, Exhibition Game, Etc. scrolls up by itself, like the d-pad arrow is stuck. I have reset it, re-mapped the buttons, downloaded different roms and switched from controller to keyboard and it continues to happen. Any suggestions?

That is very weird, I have never heard of anything like it, is it just game specific? Has it happened to any other games besides those two?

It is strange. It has only been these 2 roms so far, and only on 1 particular cpu. The roms seem to work fine on my other cpus..
