Which Genesis emulator works best for slower computers?

I want to play on my laptop. Like the Znes emulator; it has low memory.

I was using the Fusion emu on a Pentium II 400 mhz with 256 mb of ram and a 8 mb Riva TNT 3D card.
i'm not kidding.It worked full speed and you can play it too.
