Laptop needed to run Dolphin 3.0 and PCSX2 at full speed

I am getting a new laptop soon and I would like to know the minimum requirements of what I need to run it at full speed. If you have a laptop with the newest Pentium, Core i3, i5, or i7, or AMD A4, A6, A8, or A10, and the emulators run smooth with full speed, please let me know. And remember, LAPTOP PROCESSORS, NOT DESKTOP PROCESSORS. Also, do I need more than 8GB of RAM and a dedicated graphics card? Please help

But i7 goes to 3.3GHz and is dual core. Could that run medium smooth 45 fps or faster?

Your Processor is not the problem.Laptops have the crappiest gfx that exist.The only decent laptops that can run both emulators at playable speed are the ones from Alienware.And they are way too expensive for normal people.
