There is a reason why we don't have bios pre-packaged with emulators, Its because the bios is information ripped directly from the machine, like ISO's are from CD's, so that makes it copyrighted material, which could make us or the emulator's author subject to illegal scrutiny.

Yeah.And when they would pre-pack the BIOS their site could be blacklisted.If you want a BIOS dump it from your console (if you have one)!
