Most accurate emulators for each system? MESS included

I'm trying to get perfect emulation of all my roms, and this is probably the right place to ask.

Okay, emulation hasn't reached "perfection" for a lot of systems, but here are the best that I like to use:

NES: BSNES or Jnes

SNES: BSNES or Snes9x

N64: Mupen64, Nemu64, Project64

Gamecube: Dolphin
