dolphin not opening

The problem of dolphin simulator program does not open or opens once again open please help me becuse this problem tired me much

What OS are you using? You might need to run it as an administrator.

Run a virus scan. Dolphin works fine on Windows 7.

sorry the dolphin not opining but open once and not opining again this is the probleam It opens once and does not open again so i want Solutions to open once again

Re-download the emulator.

i do it Many times but not working i download verisions from oldest to lastest but not working i know this emulator Only but it Tired on other emulators but i wish find sloution good

You tried running as admin? That usually solves every problem, I have mine auto set to run as admin also running win 7 and never experienced this issue thus far. *knocks on wood*
