DS Emulators

I am looking for a DS emulator and would like opinions on the best ones out there for download. A fast forward option would be awesome. I am looking to play pokemon starting with pearl and going on to black and white. I never had a DS but enjoyed pokemon and so i am catching up.

I downloaded it but the emulation is pretty slow. Is it a problem with my game file or is there someway to trouble shoot this?

DS emulation is in it's early stages. All roms will run slow.
