i need help installing dolphin gamecube emulator !!

please help i followed like 12 tutorials on youtube and every time i try to download an re-instal the program it says this "application failed to start because XINPUT1_3.dll was not found. re-installing the application may fix this problem." please help.

Try downloading this:

http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?xinput1_3

Then put it into your Dolphin root folder.

You should not be missing that file. That implies you are missing the latest direct X. If VintageTorrie's suggestion does not work ( and its asks for another file ) that may be why.
