I've just ordered a knock-off PS3 DS3 controller as a temporary controller until I decide whether to go for a 360 controller or PS3 controller for emulated games. Anyways enough of my life story.
Pretty much all consoles are a no brainer for keymapping, but n64 is a little harder. I'm sure others use a DS3 or even a 360 controller for n64, so I was curious what keymapping you do? Is it different for different games?
I was thinking if it's possible to map the right thumb stick to actual buttons then I'll use that for the c buttons, and the rest if obvious. If not, maybe I'll map the d-pad to c buttons, and not map the n64 dpad at all.
What do you guys do?
Does anyone use a cheap knock off btw? What was your experience?
