Why is it when there's a reply to a thread, yet it doesn't show up in 'New Forum Threads'? Is it automated, or done manually?

Lol, took just under an hour for it to be updated just now.

If I am not mistaken it updates per 1 hour so yeah, just check it a bit later and it will show.
