Roms with 1 star only, why?

Hello! I recently downloaded a game for Dophin but the game does not work, and he shows that only has a star (image).
What are these stars? Is there a way to get more stars with this rom, so that the game runs?

its just like i-tunes. Users just rate it. If you want to know that it plays right click and go to the wiki. If its not in the wiki search on google.
