Metal Gear Whaaa???

I played Metal Gear Solid 3 the other day. Way better than I expected. After Son’s of Liberty I thought they where all going to start sucking. If they continue on to a Metal Gear Solid 4 do you think they’ll just remake the old NES games and Follow the story up to PS1’s Metal Gear Solid? Or continue with the super-terrible Son’s Of Liberty story… I want to hear everyone’s opinion on this. Please post.

Gamespot had a very strong belief that MGS4 was either in development or getting ready for it, based on something Kojima said, but I can't find it ATM.

I can't see a remake coming into play anytime soon. I imagine it'll either tell more of Snake's past (Before "Metal Gear" and after "Snake Eater") or keep pushing the La Li Lu -something or other story.

I think that MGS4 was announced by Konami.
It is yet not clear if it will come on PS2 or next generation consoles.
It isn't even sure if Hideo Kojima will be in the game's development team.

I hanen't MGS3 yet so I can't tell if it really is what we excepted.
