Never download a xbox 360 or PS3 emulator, they're all fake.

The systems are too powerful to be emulated.

No, all available emulators are trojans. It is too powerful a console to be emulated as of just now.

God when will you people understand that an Xbox 360 is SHIT compared to a PC, There is NO XBOX that can handle a PC, Many good computers including mine can easily emulate a 360

Even if an xbox 360 could be emulated, which it can't (at least not now), we have no documentation on how it works.

BTW, can an admin lock this thread? It's just noobs shouting stuff they don't understand.

I dont know if theres a true xbox360 emu but i know only that you need a procesor with 3.4GHz to emulate it, and 3.2 for ps3.

You did some research. Both XBOX 360 and PS3 do operate at around 3ghz and are multicore, which is the same for most PCs now. Main difference is, if you will emulate an XBOX360 or PS3 on a PC, the performance won't be the same.

In laymen terms, a PC game is built for the PC. When you run it on a PC, it will read and execute directly.

But for an emulator it's totally different. Let's say hypothetically you have an emulator for the XBOX360. You load a XBOX360 disc. You run this emulator and tell it to run the loaded CD.

1. Emulator runs, no problem.
2. Emulator reads the disc
3. Emulator INTERPRETS and CONVERTS the data of the gamedisc to something a PC can understand and run.

Step 3 is the heaviest step and is the main difference between running a PC game and emulating a game from another console. Because of this 3rd step, to emulate another console to PC(and if you have a good emulator), you would still need around 4 times or more the computing power of whichever console you intend to run.

Quick trivia. Most computers run at around 3ghz(3000 mhz) nowadays. Did you know the PSP only has a 333 Mhz cpu? And yet even with that little processing power, we saw some of the greatest graphics and games that even rival PC quality a few years ago.

In short, we're not gonna see an emulator we'd want to use to play our XBOX360 and PS3 games, not in the next 5 years I think. There might be WORKING emulators before that, but the speed would be crap, that I am 100% certain.
