Can i run a PSone emulator?

Hello, can someone tell me if this is enough to run a ps one emulator. I'm not considering buying any new graphics card just for one game (Silent Hill)

Intel Core i3-2100 CPU @ 3.10GHz 3.10GHz

8.00GB RAM

Windows 7 64x

Intel HD Graphics (I don't know what version it is)

well with your graphics card being up in the air its still not certain
your pc is powerful enough to run it but the graphics and texturing could be questionable
id give it a shot... it really cant hurt to try it... its simple enough to set up and if it works then you have what you wanted
if not then maybe in a few years when you decide to get a new pc or your upgrade, your new one will be more than powerful enough to run the emulator

I think you could maybe even run PCSX2. It may be a push, but you may be able to run it at a playable speed, You should definitely be able to run PCSX.
