Question about the DeSmuME Emulator

I recently just downloaded this and I am already having a problem. I wanted to make it full screen so it worked as I am glad about that , but it flickers a little bit and it's annoying while playing Kingdom Hearts 258/2 days. So if anyone could help me out here or recommend another Emulator that can go full screen would be appreciated.

First of all:Post your PC specifications like CPU,GFX,Sound etc.
But you can try switching between soft rasterizer or openGL in the graphics options.I reccomend you to put frameskipping on 2.

I tried what you said and it still acted up. It likes flicker the very top of the screen at the bottom for like a sec and it does it alot but anyways. I have AMD Athlon 11 640 Quad -Core Processor. 4Gb DDR3 system memory and 1 terabyte hard ddrive. Integrated graphics are ATI Radeon TM HD 4200

Intergrated graphics?!Your screen is flickering because of your graphics.Otherwise you can try playing it on No$Gba with No$Zoomer.
