Emulator Problem: null dc plugin

the plugins come with the emulator download. There are tuns of torrents where you can get them but they all contain bios files and a bios is illegal.

the links for downloadin nulldc which are in the post you said are expired (404 Not Found)
so find another? Just google for nulldc 1.0.3, here is another link I found

I downloaded nulldc v1.0.4 and now I have new problem!
it says:"Unable to load nullpvr_win32.dll plugin , errorlevel=-104"
I'm going crazy!
