Emulator Problem: How do I make the Wii emulator work?

I've downloaded it, and extracted it. But it still won't start! I downloaded roms for it but it keeps giving me trouble. Does anyone know what to do?

You really need to define things better. Wont start, as in, errors, spinning cursor, freezing, ect? "giving me trouble", does not help much either. Just screen shot or tell us what is not working about it.
