Let's Play Problem

Hey all, I want to do a let's play/walkthrough of Pokemon Platinum, I've had a look and I can't see any ways to capture a ds screen (aside from a dark room + camcorder), so I think that emulators are my only other option. However, I'm pretty sure ROMs, especially of recent games, are illegal in the UK. I've heard that personal use is fine, but I'm not sure about Let's Plays. Any advice?

I am sure its just fine, Ive seen dozens of those types of things on youtube but none of them have ever been blocked. Besides, how do they know its an emulator? They can't prove anything. :)
