Of course. What is the extension of the rom? (.v64, .smc, .bin.........?)
By the way, be careful when revealing rom locations. It's against the rules.

The extension determines the rom type. In this case, the smc means that it's a SNES rom.

.v64 and .z64 are the most common file extensions for N64 roms and can be played with Project64, Nemu64 and 1964.

If the rom is in a ZIP file, double clic on the ZIP and check the file in...

Try taking a screenshot of the folder with your ROMs. And the obvious questions are what sort of error do you get?
