Hello, I just got a new laptop and going through and installing my old favorite emulators on it. One of my favorite games from my younger days was Legend of the Dragoon.
I use ePSXe, with the Pete's D3D video plugin as it appears to give me the best results with this laptop. Legend of the Dragoon runs almost flawlessly accept for thing. When battle is initiated, it takes about 35 to 40 seconds for the battle screen to load.....it makes the game almost unplayable. I have been playing with different setting trying to get the problem fix but I have not had much luck. Has anybody else had this problem and if so how were you able to fix it.
Any help would be appreciated.
