so what im doing with my setup is running xbmc on my htpc windows7 64bit and i use the launcher program in xbmc to launch snes9x, works like a charm no complaints there, launches to fullscreen and off i go, i have a usb game pad, all works great, exit the snes9x program via the mouse and keyboard and the htpc goes back to xbmc, life is good,
my question is, as this this really just a htpc and im either using only the gamepad or remote, i am wondering, if it possible to map the snes9x functions to the game pad, primarily the "exit program" function, or the main menu function and be able to scroll through the menu with the gamepad to save state etc etc etc, kinda like it was on the old school xbox where the controller was able to push the plunger down and bring up the emulator menu's etc
anyone have any sugguestions?
