Direct x upgrade

I ran my pcsx2 earlier and it ran with no problem but now when i run it, it shows that i need to upgrade my direct x. My direct x's version is 9 something. I do not wish to download newer version (if it is there) for some reasons please help

If that is what the emulator requires, then there really isnt much up we can help you with until you decide to upgrade your DirectX. Besides, your graphics card might not even support the latest DirectX because it might be an older card.

You have to upgrade your directX to the newest api build because it offers more posibilities than the old builds.
