Are there any emulators out there that support multiplayer for the original GameBoy? I'm trying to figure out how to use the Tetris multiplayer.

you can use vba link.
it is a gameboy/color/advance emulator with full linking support

Apparently, VBA Link doesn't work with original GameBoy games.
