Dolphin wont run

i have been trying to get my dolphin emulator to work but i only get the message that file VCOM100.DLL is missing and it tells me that i should re-install but i have re-installed 3 times but it wont work
ps. i am using windows 7 and the 64 bit version of dolphin

What you need to do is to download the file that it says it's missing, then place it in the folder that dolphin is in. If it continues giving you those types of errors, just continue downloading the files.
