Saturn Problems!

I Downloaded Ssf.exe And Every time I Try To Open It Is Says "This application has failed to start because D3DCOMPILER_43.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem." Can Anyone Help Me Get This To Open? Also, I Can Get Satourn To Run But I Don't Seem To Have The Plugins. So If Anyone Could Send Me the Plugins I Would Be Extremely Grateful. I Am Trying To Play Shining Force 3. So If Any Thing Is Needed To Run This File Please Let Me Know, Thank You In Advance:confused:

I love the Shining Force line of games! As far as your emulator problem goes, most of those missing plugins can be found if you just search on google, we can't provide most of those plugins because they are bios files from the actual system, making it illegal.
