Help Me Name The Game

Hi, I remember playing a game back in the early 90s for the Sega MegaDrive/Genesis, but I can't remember the name. I used to come home from primary school to play it and it's making me all nostalgic thinking back to it. I would love it if I could play this game again, so hopefully someone out there can name it for me. I'll offer a description and hopefully someone recognises it.

It was two players. The characters were children; one was black. You went through different levels and used a variety of guns to shoot things. One of which would shoot a green blob. One level contained pipes throughout.

Any guesses?

Yep, that game is Global Gladiators. I actually have the cart still, and it still works.
