Question emulator Psxfin and EPsxe

I noticed that while I was playing crash bandicoot Psxfin, movements I was heavier, I do not know if the game runs too slow on Psxin or go faster on Epsxe or
the controller that uses Psxfin SCPH-1010 and epsxe SCPH-1080, which with 1010 there are delays in response times of the keys.
