Heard this is the Best but I have no Video Coming Up and Explain and show it in these Video's:

My Graphics Card is Intel HD Graphic

Please Help!!!

From what I read that card is a DirectX card. You may need to find a way to get support for dx9 games, but using glide wrappers is not going to be the best choice. Why are you using glide? Unless you have a thing for ultraHLE I dont see the need.

Because a few other people on other Boards Recommended it.

What do you think be the Best Plugins?

intel hd doesn't support glide,glide was only supported by Voodoo and 3Dfx video cards.And glide isn't the best option for videogames,better is DirectX and openGL because of their capabilities.Like pixel shading,mipmap support vertex shading and other graphic things.

Yes, just as testmachine said. Just you a normal dx plugin and quit messing with glide.

What do you think be the Best Plugins? Depends on the emulator. All emulators that I know of come with dx9, 7 or 8 plugins. If you have win7 it is backward compatible with most of those.
