Having issues starting my emulator.

I dont know what im doing, I did snes emulators a few years ago but i want to use a ps1 emulator. I downloaded the epsxe emulator and the configuration tool. Im not sure what to do, i run the psxe and it says zlib1.dll is missing.
Can anyone help me on what to do?

zlib is very common, its used to open zip files. Emulators can't really include it, as its not theirs to include. So you must download it and put it in the folder of the emulator. You coudl also put it in c:\windows\system32 if you plan on using a lot of emulators. just google for it.

I beleive you need visual studio (VC redist) installing in order to run the emulator.
