No$GBA won't play naruto shippuden Naruto vs sasuke [Archive]

i recently bought a new computer,and installed No$GBA.any game that i play it works at full speed even Pokemon Black and White.But when i turn this Naruto Shippuden:Naruto vs sasuke the game stops as soon as i load it.when i go to errors it says "This game is unstable,contains hidden bugs,the developer didn't use No$GBA debugger :)".
here are my computer specs:
Pentium Dual core 3.4 GHZ processor
2 GB DDR2 Ram
256 MB graphics (intel's gma)
SoundMAX HD audio
I tried the game on DeSmuMe and it worked full speed

Im not quite sure what it could be, but we also got to keep in mind that No$gba has been out of date for about 3 years now, it could just be incompatibility.
