Thread title says it all. Dolphin x86 for Windows 32-bit r7712. Double click the EXE, and...nothing.

I have all DLLs and required bits and baubles for it to run.

Do you have any antivirus software that might prevent it opening?

Dolphin keeps logs, ask the dolphin board for help, the devs are helpful there.

when i open dolphin writes vcomp100.dll missed from my computer how to fix it?
