need help downloading rom

i am using epsxe 1.7.0 and am trying to download dragon ball z legends rom, the rom is asking me to open it with something for downloading and i accidently clicked on adobe and it opens with that everytime saying error, i just want to download it and play lol, can any one help me out?

Well not with download a rom file we cant but using it we can. What type of file was it? For example .iso or .7z or .rar ?

The Problem/My Guess
1. It sounds like your Using Firefox, when the Open With/Browse and Save Window came up you decided to open with Adobe and Check the box that says "Do this automatically for files like this from now on." or you did that when the file was already downloaded and choose to open with Adobe.

Possible Solutions
2. There are 2 ways you could solve this, 1 is with Firefox and the other with your Computer Software/Settings.

How-to Solve
In FireFox
- Go to Tools > Options [For 4/5 Orange Button > Click Options] > Go to Applications > find your Game Extension (rar, 7z, etc) > Change action From Save File to "Always Ask"
With Computer Software/Settings
- Right-click on File > Properties > Beside "Open With: Adobe..." Click "Change" > Choose 7zip [Download Link (http://www.7-zip.org/download.html) & Prettier Icons (http://heebijeebi.deviantart.com/art/7-Zip-Tango-Patcher-158588725)]
Temporary Solution
Or Go to "C:\Windows\Temp", use 7zip to open the file and drag & drop the file somewhere you can find it.
