Where can I find this file? When I try to run the emulator I get the message "...cannot start b/c zlib1.dll is missing..." I've tried reinstalling and I've done everything that the "General Epsxe Setup and Configuration" post says until the point that it states:

7) Once you have done all of this it's time to start epsxe for the first time. Go to the directory you installed epsxe too and double click the icon titled 'ePSXe.exe'. The program should start shortly.

Do I have something that is out of date? You can see exactly which versions/plugins I have from looking in the "General Epsxe Setup and Configuration" sticky. I appreciate any help I can get. Thanks.

I suppose it could be my - NTSC - SCPH1001.BIN. So maybe this info will be useful: I my bios file from LINK REMOVED
My apologies, I'm not allowed to make links on this forum account yet.
Should I try another place to get my bios?

A bios file is a copy writed file of the console code. We can not help you find it as its not really legal to do so. Zlib and zlib1 are archive access files and freely distributed on the net. A simple good search for those files will like you to them.

Also posting links to this type of file is against the rules.

Just google the file name, or you can download it from http://forums.ngemu.com/showthread.php?t=106182. From there you just need to put the file into the same folder as epsxe.exe. After that, it should start without the problem.
