When running FCEUX in a window, the mouse functions normally as it does on the desktop. However, when I switch to full screen it is very difficult to locate the crosshairs. I can go past all four sides of the screen and lose the cursor. When I can see it, I only move the mouse about an inch to get from one side of the screen to the other. Are there any settings that can effect mouse functionality in full screen mode. It almost feels like I'm playing in a small window on the desktop but the monitor is just zooming in to the play area. I am using version 2.1.4.

I haven't used this emulator [ePSXe & SSSPSX], but I'm going to see what I could do.
Go to your "Mouse Properties" from Control Panel.
Windows 7 similar to Windows XP
1. Start Orb > Control Panel > Hardware & Sound > Mouse
2. Click Pointer Options
3. Checkmark "Show location of pointer when I press the CTRL key"
This way when the mouse isn't appearing, you could press "CTRL" on your keyboard to show a gray sonar circle around where the mouse would be.
Also try using the "ALT" button to show the menu [File, Edit...], but when you press the button and you think that the emulator froze, it isn't just press "ALT" again.
You could use the "Windows Flag" button to minimize your emulator and click on the background to see your mouse.

When I do this, it seems like the crosshairs will only show up when my mouse is actually in the upper left area of the screen. Probably a small box that's the native resolution of the program. When it switches to full screen it seems to still think that I am playing in that area only.
