is there a program that will let me rip snes music

ZSNES and Snes9X can rip SPC files which you can listen with Winamp (go to zophar's and download the winamp plugin). After that get a mp3 output plugin like FileWriter or Chun-Yu's MP3 writer and there you go! ;)
