Emulator Problem: no$gba with serious problems

My no$gba 2.6 is having some problems.
There are two problems but I think the problems are connected.
The first one is that the no$gba 2.6 is magnified. It's hard to explain, so I took this pictures to explain the problem.lol

The second problem is that I always get the same error when I try to play the pokémon black, white and soul silver games. It's cartridge not found. The problem it's shown in the second image. But I can play the pokémon heart gold and mystery dungeon explorers of sky.
So I don't understand why this two problems are happening now, because I was always able to play the pokémon black, white and soul silver games before and now I got this two problems.
I think this problems might be related to the fact that I usually play the game in 640X480, because as you all know the nds emulator is very small.lol.
And I don't know if this is related but when i first got the pokémon black and white game their file name wasn't well written, as you can see in the first image, and from that moment, the letters on the internet and also in the software microsoft word, are wierd, because the letters that are supposed to have accents, are replaced with wierd symbols. I don't know if this is related, but I guess all the info I can give you is welcome.lol

It has been a long time since No$GBA has been updated, have your tried some of the other NDS Emus, or do all of them have the same problem?

I have tried all the nds emulators and I can't open the same games, but they're not magnified as the no$gba. The problem changes from the emulator to emulator. The desmume, when I try to open the game it just doesn't do nothing, like I haven't done nothing to open the game. The others give all problems but I don't remeber what were the problems.
This problem is happening to me it's a little strange, because I've never found someone with the exact same problem, and I've been searching for a solution since last week, and I just don't find someone with this problem.
If you need to know anything else, just ask.

There is a way to fix this, but you'd have to enter some codes in order to make the whole thing work. And the reason DeSmuMe isn't working, is because it requires an insanely fast PC. I suggest Pokemon Black is not playing because it's Pokemon Black Screen? There's codes for this on the webs, hard to find most of them though.

Nop it wasn't the black screen.
I don't know what was it, I only know i fixed all my problems easily. I just re-installed the windows 7 and now everything works, so thank you for you help anyway.
