Help with Mupen64

I recently downloaded Mupen64 to my Macbook Pro Laptop. But whenever I try to run Monopoly 64 on it and I press Z (the default A button), the emulator crashes. I tried running Mario 64 on it and it crashed right away. I got these ROMs from (deleted). Should I look elsewhere, or can this even be fixed?

What version of Mac OS do you have? And what are the Specs? Because if your processor is Intel based, you are better off using Boot Camp. In the meantime, try downloading a different rom version and see what goes down. Oh, and in the future try not to post links to websites involving roms. :)

Try downloading Project 64 for Nintendo 64 emulating, I think there's a mac version for it too. I don't think Mupen64 works too well anyway. I recommend removing it and downloading P64 instead.
