Help with emulator

i just downloaded a torrent that got me digimon world 1-3 and psxe 160 but it keeps going super fast idk what to do is there some kind of file i have that i shoudn't?

I downloaded no$GBA emulator with pokemon leaf green and I have NO idea how to save my game or use cheats. Can anybody help?

Which plugin are you using?
If it is pete's try enabling frame limit
or use another plugin like
peops soft 1.13
and now for the second post:
This emulator needs a GBA bios image to save states and battery saves.
I will reccomend you that you download Visual boy advance
