I have tried two GBA emulators on my Macbook Pro Laptop. Visual Boy Advance and Boycott Advance. With Visual Boy, My save files keep disappearing and I keep getting error messages when I try to save my game, save state, or quit the game. With Boycott, The sound is horrible and freezes whenever I try to go to a Pokemon Center. Does anybody know how to work either of these two? Is there a better GBA Emulator for a Macbook Pro?

You tried some of the better emulators for the mac. They work fine on my Mac. If you have an Intel based Mac, you might want to try emulation via Bootcamp instead. If you don't know about Bootcamp, it is Windows XP hosted on your Mac. Whenever I had a problem I did exactly that. ;)

You can download it on the main apple website. As far as I know, you need a windows installation disk though. http://manuals.info.apple.com/en_US/Boot_Camp_Install-Setup_Late2010.pdf
