Using visual boy advance cheats

Ok, I'm using the visual boy advance. I've got a list of Gameshark cheats that I want to put in, but there are three fields I need to type in for each cheat: Address, value, and description.

What do I put in each? I only want one cheat; Infinite health in Zelda: A Link to the Past. What should I put in there?

There should be an option for Gameshark codes. If thats not the case, then your best bet would to insert it into the Address bar.
