PSP Emulation? - :)

Hello, how are you? I have been loving emulation forever, but to my surprise, I have never looked into the PSP. I am currently doing research to see how well implemented PSP emulation is. I was wanting to know if someone could give me a definitive answer on what the Best Emulator for this system is? thank you in advance~!

From what I know there is only one emulator that does it and I'm pretty sure its not legally obtainable. The name escapes me ATM. I think JPCSP is the only home brew working emulator.
