Virtual Boy Advance screen capture question

Currently, I get screenshots of Gameboy games I take with this emulator to be 160 X 144 pixels, I would like for it to take 256 x 224 pixels. Is this possible and how do I go about it

If the emulator has a stretch screen option, I would say stretch the screen and manually take a screenshot with the "Print Screen" button.
