Rice Video Plugin Issue

Whenever I try to change the plugin to Rice, it doesn't appear in the list of plug-in's. I checked the folder, it is Project64/Plugin/. I've also tried putting in both .dll files in Project64/Plugin/Plugin and Project64/Plugin/GFX, both have failed. Anyone help would be nice.

You need to state a bit more info.

What version of Rice?
What version of PJ64?
What OS are you using? (Rare chance, but that could be the issue)

What Graphics Card are you using also? (Yet again, doubtful, but it could be that too)
