GOW 1 SELLING PRICE UNOPENED?

I have a GOW (1) FOR PS2 i found while i was cleaning out my closet, the game is in it's original package, unopened. i was planning to sell it how much would the value be? should i wait for it to become rare then sell it? tell me advice
