Win Kawaks 158 help..

I been running WinKawaks 158 for about 2 yaers now, just 2 weeks ago I did a Disk Cleanup and a Registry Clean and now everytime I restart my PC the Win Kawaks exe vanishes and I have to keep looking for the WinKawaks 158 Download, could someone please help me? how do I get it to stay again just the .exe to play it's missing.
