Having Trouble with visual boy advance

I downloaded http://www.emulator-zone.com/doc.php/gba/vboyadvance.html this and when I play a game it changes the color scheme of my computer. It's not a problem it just really annoys me. How do I fix it?

I am going to guess you use windows vista or 7. In that case this can not be fixed, it happens with regular computer games as well and has to do with Direct X.
